Anti-Oxidents and Recap

There are 2 parts of this post.  I am going to recap what I have discovered about the injured cell and then introduce my last blog topic about an injured cell.  There are 8 main ways that a cell becomes injured.  Just a few ways are radiation, heat, free radicals and not having homeostasis.  Cell injury eventually leads to cell death.  Cell injury can also be caused by free radicals.  Free radicals make healthy cells free radicals by taking their electron.  BUT, this new topic I am about to introduce called anti-oxidants can stabilize them.  Anti-oxidants are found in bright colored food and give one of their electrons away with out harming itself, so its like a win win.  Finally, if you see cells becoming injured because of free radicals now you know you can fix the problem with anti-oxidants!
